2023 Sergeant J Grenache

100% Barossa Valley

20% whole bunch, 80%destemmend fruit on top, Fermented dry on skins.

2023 was a late vintage. We where 3 weeks behind compared to normal growing cycles.

Result is that I had to pick my fruit a touch later. More serious and complex Grenache. Full of Joy and fun with a massive undertone of serious spice and fruit.
